  • Yes, if you are wanting Physical Therapy services provided and documented and sent to your physician, you must have a referral from a Dr with a diagnosis code.

  • No, you simply book a time with me.

  • If you have a referral for PT services, then I will start with a PT session with you. If you do not have a PT referral, but you have the desire to move better with professional guidance, then a corrective exercise session would be for you.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you feel comfortable moving around in.

  • No, this service is a cash based service. You may pay by cash, check, Venmo or Zelle. These days, high deductibles and co-pays can add up to even more money paid out to get you feeling better. I can provide you with a Superbill upon request if you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company for out-of-network services. My aim is to get you moving better, quicker!

  • Book one time slot for your initial visit. From there, we will determine if and when you need to return. Don't take this personally but my goal is to help you feel better fast, so you don't have to come see me regularly!

  • All services offered are $150 per 55 minute session and $75 per 30 min session. The price includes concierge access via text, email or phone as you need it along your journey. Package deals are available - just ask!

  • Although therapists can treat an array of conditions, my specialization is Musculoskeletal and Spine conditions. If you are experiencing neck, mid back or low back pain or if you are experiencing extremity pain (shoulder, hip, knee, ankle), then my knowledge and 16+ years of experience would most likely be helpful for you. Treatment of these conditions may include: manual interventions (joint and tissue mobilizations), dry needling (using acupuncture needles to address tissue issues), exercise, neuromuscular re-education and basic ergonomic education to help restore your function and prevent future episodes.

  • On one Saturday each month, I will lead an afternoon workshop that will focus on a sport or specific area of the body. Education on anatomy, movement patterns and various static and dynamic postures along with exercises will address the topic to be addressed. Stay tuned for more information!
